At Troop 3125, leadership is more than a title; it’s a journey of self-discovery and empowerment. Our Scouts take active roles in planning outings, leading activities, and contributing to the community, all while learning invaluable skills that will serve them for a lifetime. By providing a supportive, inclusive environment, we’re cultivating the next generation of leaders who are not just prepared for the challenges ahead, but eager to tackle them. Get involved and watch these young adults transform into the confident leaders of tomorrow.

In keeping with the BSA Scouts of America’s tradition of youth-led troops, Troop 3125 places the reins of leadership firmly in the hands of our Scouts. This approach allows our Scouts to take ownership of their experiences, from planning outings and activities to making key decisions that shape the troop’s direction. The Scouts elect their own leaders, set their own goals, and learn by doing—all under the guidance of adult volunteers. This hands-on leadership training prepares them for success in whatever path they choose in life.

While our Scouts are at the forefront, they are supported by a team of dedicated adult volunteers, including our exceptional Scout Master, Erika Priddy. Erika brings a wealth of experience and a deep passion for scouting to our troop. Her guidance ensures that while the Scouts are taking the lead, they are also supported by a strong foundation that encourages personal growth, community service, and the development of leadership skills. Under Erika’s stewardship, Troop 3125 is not just a Scout troop—it’s a community where every Scout can shine.
